| The said process relates to the speciality of chemical inorganic salt, being a comprehensive application of one step or two step electrchemical process for the preparation of potassium chlorinate. By this process, the refined saturated brines of NaCl and KCl are introduced into a stepped electrolysis bath for continuous electrolysis, and the fluent Na and K electrolytes flow out and are continuously mixed according to the ratio in which KCl content is slightly lower than the theoretical ratio, and thus the re-decomposition reaction occurs to produce potassium chlorinate. The goal of the process is to develop a production method of potassium chlorinate with the features of short flow process, high quality, low cost and less capital. | |||
