Abstract: |
|||
| This invention relates to the titanium alloy anode and its structure and materials used in the production of manganese dioxide by electrolysis. The structure of the titanium alloy anode in this invention mainly consists of anode rods and a channel steel frame amde from well conductive metal. The upper ends of the anode rods are connected with the channel steel frame by fusible metals. The said anode alloys adopt titanium as the base, and iron, chromium manganese, nikel, etc. elements are added, so as to make the alloy easier to smelt and temper, with good plasticity, and without passivation within a range of 50-200 A/m2 of the current density of electrolysis. The said anode is suitable not only for the production of manganese dioxide by electrolysis, but also for batteries and other electrolysis industries as well. | |||
