Abstract:
     The present invention belongs to electro-chemical preparation field of inorganic compounds and relates to a quinone-bearing air electrode for industrial preparation basic hydrogen peroxide and its manufacturing process. The present invented multi-component electrode group is an assembly of unit electrode plates. Each pair of electrodes is consisted of a negative plate, a quinone-bearing air cathode carbon core, an ion-exchange diaphragm, a plastic supporting net and a positive plate. A fluid distribution chamber and a collection chamber are equipped at the upper and lower ends of the electrode working zone and a throttle hole is designed at the fluid inlet. The multi-component electrode adopts the limited dipole series connection form. The plastic flexible tube for the anodic circulating alkali water is extended to more than 5 m.
