| The object of present invention lies in the development of a kind of anti-oxidation, conducting, low cost and safety paint for coating the metal titanium. It is used for making compound oxidizer (CI02) by electrolyzing salt via electrolytic film. The features of said invention are that in high degree-hardness water electrolysis (at 20 deg.C), there is no scaling on anode surface , and when immersing in 2N sulfuric acid solution and applying 10A/sqcm current for 4 hours, there are no corrosive spots and no peeled-off coating on its surface. It possesses relatively high anti-corrosion capacity. | |||
