Abstract:
     The object of the present invention lies in the development of a kind of electrolytic film for producing compound oxidizer (C102). The features of said invention are that the electrolytic film possesses higher strength, and specified conductbility and pores, so that the sodium ions can be separated out effectively, the electrolytic potential is kept, it is favorable to produce ozone and other oxidizers, its pores are not easily blocked, electrolytic efficiency is high, and service life is long.
