Abstract:
     This invention discloses a gas welding machine by the electrolysis of water, which is suitable for the welding of such materials as low-or medium-carbon steel, low-alloy steel, Cu, Al and Al-alloy, Pb, Sn and stainless steel. A silicon controlled rectifier power supply is used for electrolyzer to electrolyze water and generate a mixed gas of hydrogen and oxygen, which goes through two fire check devices and a pipe to a welding torch for welding. Its advantages include safety, convenience, no pollution, high efficiency, low cost, small size and light weight.
