Abstract:
     This invention is made up of aluminium powder, sodium hydroxide hexamethlene-tetramine, polyvinyl-fatty alcohol ether, epoxy ethane and phosphoric acid. It is characterized by chemical stability, long working life, slow expending and simultaneous operating for oil removing, rust removing, acid washing, passivation treating and phosphating. The metal so treated will be flat and smooth at the surface, its rust-proof effect developed will maintain for nore than one month if kept under well-ventilating conditions, and can be electroplated or painted directly, whereby the quality of the decorative coating is improved due to its increased bond strength. Furthermore, this invention is available for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
