Abstract:
     The method of the present invention adopts a rust-removing and-preventing liquid, which is compounded with phosphoric acid, silicate cement and water glass, to remove and prevent rust on iron and steel components. It has high rust-removing speed and excellent effect, and it will produce a layer of stable "priming paint" on the components surface after rust-removing. The iron and steel components undergone rust-removing have a antirust period of 2 months outdoors and 6-12 months indoors and without being affected with damp. The said method is pollutionless, has a working efficiency 30 times higher than that of manual operation, and has multiple functions, so that it is a ideal rust-removing and-preventing method.
