Abstract:
     It is particularly applicable to the fast cleaning of melting-salt boronization metallic parts. The existing available boiling water, ultrasonic and chemical cleaning methods cannot clean up the residual salt and slag inclusion on the workpiece after melting-salt chemical heat treatment. Moreover they consume time and material, it is eagerly to solve this problem. In this invention the workpiece to be cleaned is put into a special pressure container filled with water, and the container will be automatically heated and pressurized. The surface of the workpiece may be cleaned in a very short time and the salt can be recovered and reused.
