Abstract:
    The invention relates to installation for surface treatment of continuously-moving strips, especially for pickling installation, wherein the strip passes longitudinally through a tank closed with a cover, said tank being arranged horizontally and filled with processing liquid. In order to optimize this type of installation, and in particular improve the processing quality and minimize the processing time, the tank (2) contains a separate processing duct (4) closed off by an intermediate cover (6) and to which the processing medium is fed through banks of nozzles (9, 10).
