Abstract:
     The features of this technology are as follows. The pretrecated steel wares and components are put into acid pickling liquor which contains dodecyl sodium benzene sulfonate. After dipping for 10 secs-50 mins, they are washed and cleaned with fresh water. Then, they are put into quick lime solution containing sodium benzoate for passivation treatment. The whole technological process is very rapid. The passivated layer on steel surface is stabel.
