Abstract:
     The present acid cleaning agent is especially suitable for cleaning the tight oxidation layer generated on the surfaces of various stainless plates and shapes formed by hot rolling. The composition of said invention consists of one or two kind of acids among hydrochloric, nitric and sulturic acids, chlorocompound, nitrate and water. In said cleaning agent, the ion concentration of hydrogen is 0.5 N-12 N, that of chlorine (by weight) 0.1%-20%, andthat of nitrate radical (by weight) 0.1%-30%. It contains no hydrofluoric acid, thus avoiding the short-ages of those acid cleaning agents composed of nitric and hydrofluoric acids, such as high price of raw material, complex production equipment and harmful gas fluorine hydride poisoning human body.
