Abstract:
     It is composed of three components, that is, castor oil-epoxy ethane-condensate, alkyl acid-polyoxyethylene-ether and thiourea, the effect of acid mist inhibiting is greatly better than the acid mist inhibit in common use. When the assistant is used for acid-treating of steel material, the acid mist concentration around the acid-treated vessel is less than 0.03 mg/m3, and is greatly lower than the state stipulation of TJ36-79 in which the harmful sulfur acid mist concentration in the air of workshop should be less than 2 mg/m3.
