Abstract:
     This invention introduces a film-remover and its preparation process which is used for removing of powders of electrostatic painting and coating film of varnishing. Said film-remover is constituted of butyl acetate, formic acid, cresol, phenol, acetone and cyclohexanone. The preparation process includes putting of predetermined ratio of formic acid, cresol, phenol, cyclohexanone and acetone orderly into a vessel which is already filled with butyl acetate and then mixing evenly by stirring. Using this film remover, a film removing treatment is conducted by Sino-France Corp. on sample plate of powder coating. The coating blisters in 2-5 mins and is fully eliminated in 10-25 mins. Said film remover may be used many times.
