Abstract:
     The present invention discloses a kind of preparation method of pickling corrosion inhibitor for copper heat exchanger, which uses dimethyl sulfoxide, thiourea, aniline, surfactant as raw material. Said pickling corrosion inhibitor is suitable for multiple acids used for pickling copper and nonferrous metal alloy heat exchanger. It possesses of functions for whole stripping and dissolution of various hard scale and oxide layer. It has special efficacy for scavenging soft scale and biological filth and possesses of special features incomparable with other pickling corrosion inhibitors. The rate of corrosion for brass is less than 0.005g/sq.m.h.
