Abstract:
     The present invention discloses a kind of preparation method for HYZ-8902 pickling corrosion inhibitor using aniline, surfactant, ethyl alcohol, and salicylic acid as raw material, said HYZ-8902 pickling corrosion inhibitor is suitable for various acids used to pickle boiler or carbon steel and overcomes many shortages of existing corrosion inhibitors. It features less amount added and low cost, simple preparation, convenient and quick operation, there is no need of passivation process and soda boiling both before and after the pickling. It possesses of special efficacy to greasy dirt and soft scale and lowers the rate of corrosion for carbon steel less than 0.5g/sq.m.h.
