Abstract:
     This invention relates to treatment of metal surface for coloring steel parts to black. The process involves three steps: 1. with a oil remover for cleaning metal surface at ordinary temp., 2. to black the steel parts with a coloring agent at ordinary temp., 3. the black-colored work piece is passivated in passivating solution at ordinary temp.. These steps needn't any energy source, so it can take the place of prior process which is using alkaline solution at high temp., it has advantages of less investment, has top quality, non-pollution, increasing efficiency 5-10 times.
