Abstract:
     This invention, the multipurpose gas-phases rust inhibitor without public contamination and its producing method, belongs to a temporary protection technology. The non-contamination multipurpose gas-phases rust inhibitor does not contain nitrites, and will not cause contamination. It mainly consists of benzen-triazole and/or its salts and composite hydrophobic agent, and is processed into powder agents or tablets. The gas-phases rust inhibitor is used in the closed system at normal temperature and can effectively avoid tarnishing of many kind of metals such as casting iron, steel, brass, aluminium, and so on, and the guaranteed antirust time for the products is 12-18 months. Using the gas-phases rust inhibitor can improve products' packaging decoration and helps the realization of mechanization and automatization for products packaging.
