| The present invention is a rapid and deep chemical etching technology on roller (rolling wheel)and steel mould with curved surface. The available manual engraving method in annealing condition has low efficiency and potential damage and deformation resulting from the subsequent heat treatment. In the chemical etching of the present invention, the etching-resisting mask with predetermined patterns is first formed on the steel blank by means of photoetching technology, the steel blank is then etched in an etching machine through the three etching processes of contour formation, depth formation, and slope formation, and with lateral etching-proof protection. The said technology features high precision and efficiency and no damage and deformation caused by heat treatment. It is applicable to producing steel rolling wheel for printing trade marks, steel roller for printing and dyeing, and for rolling engraving on metal pieces. | |||
