Abstract:
     This invention belongs to the rust prevention technique in the field of chemical engineering and machinery. Generally, spraying paint, immersing in oil and passivating liquor are used to prevent rust for the parkerized steel and iron parts. This product is different. It contains multiple components, such as rust inhibitor, emulsifier and flux, and macromolecule solution is used as filmogen and water as diluent, to form a stable emulsion architecture. Its pH value is about 8. Compared with oil rust inhibitor, this product has following advantages: fast self-drying, no oil stains, no pollution to parts, no rust on part in more than one year after it is immersed in the liquor, saving energy resource by 25%, and lowering cost by 40%.
