Abstract:
     Based on the said process, its steps are that the required partterned net is produced from metal foil via photoetching and painted a protective film on one face and sticks on the inside wall of die cavity by the other face. The inside wall of the die cavity is then etched via chemical or electrolytic etching. For the photosensitive protection film is painted, explosed and developed at plane state, the operation is more convenient and the quality is easy to control, no needs for stoving the die and the metallic net has good deformability. For dies with deep cavity, curved surface, or complicated shapes, the facility of operation is more obvious.
