| The present invention relates to an industrialization production process of high-efficiency hydrochloric acid medium temp. acidization corrosion inhibitor for oil-field. The corrosion inhibitor is made by mixing IS-129 hydrochloric acid acid-pickling corrosion inhibitor developed by the shanxi inst. of chemical industry, anti-corrosion oil, chlorinated benzyl, OP-15, alcohol, TM resin and alkynol. The invention-required raw material source is extensive, and its synthetic process is simple. At the time of oil-field acidification it can applicable for 28% HCl 3% HF, its service temp. can be up to 90-150 deg.C. Its compatibility is good, therefore it is an ideal corrosion inhibitor for oil-field deep well medium temp. acidification. | |||
