Abstract:
     After the metal plate is coated with photoresistance liquor, it is covered with a transparent positive film with pattern to be formed. Through exposure and washing with clean water, the portions to be formed reveals the metallic material. Then, the metal plate is etched with corrosion liquid, and after the photosensitive film is stripped off, the metal plate is washed with clean water, and passed through polishing, drying and finishing to form the crowning portions with small file teeth.
