Abstract:
     The invention provides a photo-etch technique which can make convex/concave patterns on roller (mould). It includes mainly film design, film pattern positioning and how to control the positioning tool set-up on three dimensional space, and the controlling method for putting the positive and negative film on to the face coated with photo-sensitive film simultaneously and pricisely. After exposure and development, a wear-resisting protective film pattern can be obtained on the roller (mould). After etching, a pair of rollers (moulds) is obtained. The photo-etch method is simple, less in invest ment, precise in pattern positioning, no limitation on size of roller and composition of material.
