Abstract:
     The present invention uses a mixture of concentrated nitric acid and hydrochloric acid as soaking liquid. The soaking time for brazed cutter to be treated is 2-6 hr. to implement the separation of cutter body and cutter blade. Said method has no need of heating all the cutter body and cutter blade are not corroded and damaged. The soaking method features simple operation and low cost. The liquid is nontoxic and waste liquid can be drained away. It is applicable for repairing and reconditioning all brazed cutters and similar parts.
