Abstract:
     The feature of this invention is that tertiary amine with a general formula of (CnH2n 1)2NCH2CH2OH(n=1-3) is mixed with capric acid at 60-70 deg.C., another part of above tertiary amine or its mixture is mixed with benzoic acid, the above two mixtures is mixed according to a weight percentage of 40-60 percent: 60-40 percent, the combined mixture is mixed with deionized water or distilled water according to a weight percentage of 30-70 percent: 70-30 percent, 0.1-0.2 parts of sodium hydroxide is added in every 100 parts of combined mixture and the pH value is adjusted to 7-9. The tertiary amine of above technology may be dimethyl ethanolamine diethyl ethanolamine, diisopropyl ethanolamine or may be mixture of any above two components. The benzoic acid may be substituted by butyl benzoic acid, salicylic acid, methyl salicylic acid, or mixture of above two or over two components,
