Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a kind of technology for applying enamel. By the invented process, an entire roll of enamelled aluminum foil can be made automatically and continuously by the following working procedure: unrolling the roll of aluminum foil cleaning of the surface of the aluminum foil, drying scanning spraying of enamel glaze, baking, and rolling up the enamelled foil, etc. Use of the said cleaning liquid for cleaning the surface of aluminum foil is economic and practical. The scanning frequency of spraying of the invented process is controlled by the pulling speed of the aluminum foil; the unrolling speed of aluminum foil and the rolling-up speed of enamelled aluminum foil are controlled respectively by the tensile stress of the aluminum foil and that of the enamelled aluminum foil measured by the tension measuring device, so the speeds of rolling, unrolling and pulling of the aluminum foil may be well coordinated.
