Abstract:
     This invention relates to an enamelled electro-thermal element and its manufacturing technique. The element consists of a layer of insulating enamel, a layer of conductive enamel, electrodes and an electricity-insulating water-proof coating. At a certain temp., the material is sintered and solidified on the surface of a metal or silicate base. Additionally, with the technical process adjusted, varied electrical heating capacity can be obtained as one desires. So the invention - not only a new electrical heating technique but an effective energy-saving method, can be employed to manufacture different metal or silicate heaters, and other heating elements.
