Abstract:
     A cloisonne healthful ball and processing technique are presented in this invention. The bucklin welded bal iron tyre in which is mounted the sound tablet is sanded and reshaped, then through copperizing, wire inlay and acid washing, porcelain glaze is coated on pickled ball surface with copperizing layer or not, through burning porcelain, point blue, bluing and burnishing, finally outside surface is treated, this product is obtained.
