Abstract:
     The health strengthening ball of this invention is composed of hollow iron spherical tyre, acoustics device, and glazed layer of cloisonne enamel. A layer of copper is plated on surface of hollow iron spherical tyre, copper wires are welded on surface of plated copper layer, enamel layer is wrapped on outer surface of plate copper layer, the copper wires are set in enamel layer and made into a decorative pattern and firmly connected with enamel layer. Its production process includes following steps: farbrication of iron spherical tyre, plating copper on spherical tyre, wire inlay, wire adhesion, wire welding and pattern-making, removal of dirt on surface, glazing on surface, indigo making, polishing treatment, and final surface treatment.
