Abstract:
     A process for making bathing water type thin walled, heteromorphic, cast iron enamelled and electric heating casing includes: fabrication of casing, preparation of enamel powder, and enamelling of casing. The casing is made of high carbon cost iron containing carbon over 3.8 percent, and fabricated into a thin walled and heteromorphic shape with wall thickness of 2-3mm.. The enamel powder is prepared according to requirement of content of raw materials and their formulation. After weighing, mixing, stirring, smelting, tapping, swollen with activating water and ground with water, it is made into a kind of enamel which is suitable for high-carbon thin-walled, heteromorphic casing. The casing is acid-washed and cleaned, lime water-washed and cleaned, coated with enamel, dried and roasted.
