Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a manufacture method for forming decorative face with special rich and varied figures on the enamel surface, in particular it can make the enamel surface have the various grain and color matched variations and form the lines and colors like marble and granite. The invented method includes the processes of that firstly a layer of base glaze is applied on the surface to be processed, and then a layer of face glaze is applied on the same surface, and after firing a specially-prepared coloring agent (it is a mixture made by proportioning metal oxide, acetone and resin) is sprayed by use of spray gun, and then the colored slip lines and grains with irregular forms are formed on the enamel surface, and after having been dried, it is fired at temp. 760-840 deg.C, so that the elegant enamel surface with marble or granite type colored figures can be formed.
