Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a mixed microcrystalline glaze and its firing method, and is characterized by that it is made up by using soft microcrystalline glaze and hard microcrystalline glaze according to the weight ratio of 1:1 through the processes of mixing and firing. Its composition contains SiO2, Al2O3, Li2O, R2O, RO, B2O3, F2, TiO2 and P2O5. The above-mentioned composition is undergone the processes of base blank treatment, preparing microcrystalline glaze slip, enamelling, firing and heat treatment so as to obtain the invented porcelain glaze with high mechanical strength and spalling resistance. Its enamelling-firing process does not produce crack or peeling, it has no need of adding expensive emulsion oxides of Sb2O and ZrO2, etc. so that it simplifies technological process and reduces equipment investment.
