     A process for treating metal substrate before sintering enamel for making luminous enamelled label plate include such steps as burning oil on the surface of metal substrate, sand blasting to remote black layer and make the surface rough or show silver colour, and finally uniformly jet-burning or soaked sintering enamel. Its advantages include simple process, no pollution, and low cost.
