| The preparation method of composite steel pipe water high-aluminium pyroceram lining includes the following steps: firstly, placing the aluminothermics powder into steel pipe to be coated, placing said steel pipe into centrifuge, starting centrifuge and progressively accelerating to make the aluminothermics powder uniformly stick over the inner wall of steel pipe, keeping uniform rotation and injecting melt pyroceram into steel pipe, lighting aluminothermics, keeping constant speed rotation, then progressively reducing speed, stopping machine, heat-insulating and cooling to room temp. so as to obtain the invented composite steel pipe with excellent corrosion resistance, wear-resistance and impact resistance. It is easy to connect, and applicable to long-distance pipeline transfer. | |||
