Abstract:
     Composite pipe with devitrified glass lining is prepared through the processes of filling mixed powder of thermite and glass forming powder into metal pipe to be coated in a centrifuge, starting the centrifuge and speeding gradually, maintaining the uniform rotation state while igniting the thermite, decelerating gradually to stop centrifuge, maintaining in a maintaining furnace and cooling in the furnace to room temperature. The composite pipe has excellent corrrosion resistance and wear resistance and high resistance to outer impact, and is easy to be connected and suitable for use as long distance conveying pipe.
