Abstract:
    The present invention is aimed at providing an enamel construction method for applying stable and uniform enamel coating on the stainless steel serial base material to form large-size enamel equipment. Said method utilizes the stainless steel material identical to stainless steel base body material, metal Ni, metal Cr, metal Fe, metal Co, Ni-Cr alloy and Fe-Cr alloy to form group selective metal-spraying material, uses the described metal-spraying material to make metal-spraying treatment of the surface of stainless steel base body material to form metal-spraying treatment layer, then utilizes the ground-coat and glazing, and makes heat treatment of the enamel so as to form enamel coating on the metal-spraying treatment layer.
