Abstract:
     A nodular cast iron pipe for delivering gas or liquid features that is has an internal enamel lining layer, and is made up through cleaning the inner surface of raw nodular cast iron pipe, heating to 120-150 deg.C, spraying enamel pwoder on the said inner surface, heating to 850 deg.c, holding the temp. for 8-10 min, then gradually cooling to 600 deg.C, pointing after inspection, hydraulic and pneumatic testing and then discharging from furnace. Its advantages are low cost and wide application range.
