Abstract:
     The iron rust-preventing process includes the following steps: acid prickling and water washing of iron product; preparing water solution of boric acid of 0.5-1 % concentration; soaking the iron product the water solution for 24 hr before water washing and drying; and spraying enamel material onto the surface of iron product or dipping the iron product in the enamel material, solidifying at high temperature and natural cooling. The said process is especially suitable for the anticorrosion treatment of underground pipe.
