| The character of the claimed technique is that nitrogen potential is made to follow up the optimum diffusion condition dynamic control curve and change gradually from high to low. So not only can nitrided layer structure be controlled and nitrided layer fragility lowered, but also a high nitriding speed can be kept. And a good repeatability is obtained. Besides having the advantages of ordinary and existing controllable nitriding processes, the invention overcomes the disadvantages of each of them. It can be used for nitriding treatment of such kinds of steel as 38 CrMoAl, 3Cr2W3, Cr12, 25Cr2MoV, etc.. | |||
