Abstract:
     This equipment is mainly composed of automatic positioning sealed connector, inner anode tube and positioning instrument. Titanium tube is used as inner anode. This equipment can speed up nitridation process, improve the homogeneity of hardness of the inside surface of long pipe. The positioning instrument is made of cast mica which is easy to be fabricated, long lifespan and low costing. This equipment is simple and convenient, improving the installation of inner anode tube and positioning technic, solving the quality problem of inhomogeneity in nitridation of inside surface of long pipe.
