Abstract:
     In a process for hot-galvanizing finned tubes, with the finned tubes of varying geometry being, for coating with molten zinc or a zinc alloy, flooded in the galvanizing pan, the finned tubes automatically pass successively by a transport means, which consists of horizontally and vertically mounted supporting, guiding and driving rollers, at one treatment level through the treatment stages, which comprise degreasing, rinsing, pickling, heating, galvanizing, cooling, drying, chromating and blasting stages of mechanical tumbling/stripping means, for zinc, cooling and drying means, chromating means with blast-off means for chromating medium, withdrawal means, transporting system, with the system components being arranged in-line behind one another.
