| The process consists of spraying on oxidation -resisting metal layer and an film of high temperature coating on the sprayed layer before the remelting treatment so as to meke the sprayed layer in a condition of pseudo-vacuum. The protective layers after having been sintered under high temperature forms a shell floating on the liquid-metal. The shell serves to control the loss of the liquid-metal. The process both increases the varieties of that can be subjected to re-molten treatment, allowing metal layers of various thicknesses to be re-treated, and also permits a higher temperature with a shocter period of treatment. It imposes not very strict demand on uniformity of temperature distribution in the furnace cavity and provides an economic and efficient way of promoting the use of re-melting process in furnace, especially for re-melting the coating layers of large workpieces. | |||
