Abstract:
     The process according to present invention can plate safety film, reflection reducing film and reflection film to optical plastics lens. The characteristic of this process is cleaning treatment of aqueous alkali before plating to lens. The CR-39 optical plastics lens is plated by double reflection reducing film system of nonquarter wavelength. TiO2 ZrO2 mixture or Cr2O3 is used for film material of high refrecture index, while SiO2 is used for that of low refrecture index. The film material vapours by magnet deflection electron gun and oxygen-charging technique is adopted. During plating the temperature of lens is below 70 deg.C.
