Abstract:
     A mask for use in the produce of filters has large number of holes to prevent metals coated by vapourization on the portions to be cut of a substrate so that coating metals can only be coated on the exposed portions out of said holes of the substrate. The brims of said holes are formed in thin steps, and such structure is capable of eleminating the shadow portion and avoiding bents of the mask.
