| The recipe of aluminizing agent used in this process is: 2~5% aluminum powder (100~200 mesh), 2~4% NH4F(or NaF), 1~3% KFHF, the balance being a material, the composition of which is: 30~40% the mixture [containg 30~50% aluminum powder (100~200 item),2~4% NH4F(or NaF), 1~3% KFHF, and the balance Al2O3] and 70~60% cast iron crumbs. The material mixed homogeneously is put in the scaled steel box and burnt through at 900 Deg.c. for 3 hrs, then taken from the furnace and cooled to room temperature with the box. The treating temperature of this process is 900 Deg.C~1000 Deg.C and the time is dependent on the depth of the aluminized layer required. | |||
