Abstract:
     The technology is that a layer or more layers of glaze having higher brightess is fired on the metal backing material with the proper shape and size. A layer or more layers of high light reflectivity film or protecting film are deposited on the required portions of the surface of glazed layer,so as to solve that problems, the high cost of polishing the ordinary metal reflected plate, complicated technology and the glass reflected plate being broken easly. The reflected light material is charactered by a low cost, a long life time, a stable performance etc. and it is suitable for a batch process.
