Abstract:
     The characteristic of this invention is that a pressure-increasing chamber is connected between the outlet of the gas-reducing annealer of the ordinary continuous hot-dip plating equipment and the inlet of the seal-roller chamber of the present continuous vacuum evaporation plating equipment, in order to prevent the reducing gas containing hydrogen from entering the vacuum precipitating chamber. Thus, it can also prevent the possibility of explosion resulting from the gas containing hydrogen in case of air leakage into the vacuum precipitating chamber, even if it is occasional.
