Abstract:
     In this invention, the raw materials of the scissors choose low-carbon steel and are formed by a single punching. Then the reasonable surface-ruggedizing technology with chemical heat treatment is applied on them. During the chemical heat treatment, the low-temperature, high-speed carburizing technology or high-speed co-osmosising technology of carbon and nitrogen or nitrogenation can be used. As the low-carbon steel has good forming performance by punching, the wear of dies and the dissipation of electric energy can be decreased. The price of low-carbon steel is cheap and its sources are wide. After surface-ruggedizing with chemical heat treatment, the hardness of knife-edges of the low-carbon steel scissors can reach above HRC 60 and their core areas still keep enough tenacity, so that the durability of the scissors is notedly increased.
