Abstract:
     Spray coating materials for self-combining are particularly useful for combined layers of red copper or high-copper alloy matrix. The materials Ni 15-39%, Cr 3-15%, Al 3-18% (wt.%) and balance copper wherein are wire containing. The content of copper is larger than that of nickel. The wire is formed by a cortex of a metal selected from the components mentioned above and a core consisting of the remains of metals powder. The material not only can form self-combined coating with red copper and high-copper alloy, but also is useful for general steel, brass, bronze, etc. materials matrix.
